Areas of dense fog and freezing fog, with visibilities of one quarter or less, will continue across north-central and northeast Wisconsin this morning. The dense fog is expected to continue through 9 am before slowly lifting. Many locations north and west of the Fox Valley are at or below freezing early this morning, thus any dense fog may result in some icy spots on roads, bridges and sidewalks. Motorists traveling across the region this morning can expect rapidly changing and poor visibilities at times, and possibly some icy spots. Remember to turn on your low- beam headlights and allow extra distance between you and the car in front of you.

Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) officials announced they have issued construction permits with more than 200 conditions for the Line 5 reroute around the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa’s reservation.
