In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Kewaunee, Outagamie, Shawano and Waupaca. * WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of urban areas, small rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Recent rainfall across central and east-central Wisconsin has resulted in saturated soils across the region. Heavy rain will bring additional amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches overnight, with locally higher amounts possible.
