The data are provided by the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River states and provinces to the Great Lakes Commission, which serves as the database repository, under the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Basin Water Resources Compact and the Great Lakes St. Lawrence River Basin Sustainable Water Resources Agreement.
